Made for the X6 F16 xDrive35i and also suited to the 535i and 640i from 2011 onwards, the BMW X6 F16 N55 Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to let the turbocharged straight six move exhaust gases more freely. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the bore smooth and even through every bend, improving flow while standing up well to heat, rust and road salt. With back pressure reduced, the turbo spools sooner, giving these cars a more eager response from low speeds and a stronger pull when overtaking on the motorway. The BMW X6 535i 640i Z Pipe also adds a richer and more refined straight six tone under acceleration, while keeping the cabin quiet and comfortable on long journeys. Precision flanges and clean TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting required, making it a practical upgrade for daily driving or future tuning.
