Mandrel bent 304 stainless steel tubing holds a steady bore through each bend, offering smoother flow along with lasting resistance to heat, rust and road salt. Lower back pressure helps the twin scroll turbo come on boost a little sooner, so the car feels more alert from low revs and pulls with greater ease through the gears. The BMW 335i 640i 740i Z Pipe also adds a fuller, more polished straight six tone under acceleration, while keeping the cabin relaxed and drone free on long journeys. Precision flanges and neat TIG welds match the original mounting points for a straightforward bolt on fit with no cutting needed.
