Tailored for the F90 M5 saloon, the BMW F90 S63 Z Pipe removes the restrictive factory section and allows the twin turbo V8 to expel exhaust gases far more efficiently. Mandrel bent 304 stainless steel tubing keeps a uniform bore through each curve, delivering cleaner flow and coping comfortably with the high temperatures generated by the hot V turbo arrangement. Lower back pressure helps the turbos reach full boost a little sooner, so the M5 feels even more forceful when the throttle goes down, whether it is running in all wheel drive or rear wheel drive mode. The BMW M5 4.4T Z Pipe also gives the engine a more commanding presence, with a heavy, bassy rumble at idle and a ferocious bellow as the revs rise, yet it stays relaxed on long motorway runs. Precision flanges and neat TIG welds match the factory mounting points for a hassle free bolt on fit with no cutting needed.
