Engineered for the F90 M5, the BMW M5 F90 Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to let the S63 twin turbo V8 breathe more freely. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the bore smooth and even through every bend, improving flow while holding up well to the extreme heat from the hot V turbo setup. With back pressure reduced, the turbos respond quicker and the M5 surges forward with even more force, feeling sharper in every gear. The BMW F90 Z Pipe also gives the V8 a deeper, meaner voice, with a louder cold start, a strong growl under load and more noticeable crackles on the overrun, while staying civilised on the daily commute. Precision flanges and clean TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting required, making it an ideal match for a remap or further upgrades.
