Developed for the updated S63R engine in the F90 M5 and the M8 range, the BMW S63R Z Pipe swaps out the restrictive factory section so the twin turbo V8 can push exhaust gases out with far less effort. Mandrel bent 304 stainless steel tubing keeps an even bore through every bend, giving smoother flow while handling the punishing heat from the hot V turbo layout without trouble. With less back pressure to fight, the turbos spool up faster and the power arrives in a harder, more immediate rush, whether launching from a standstill or overtaking at speed. The BMW M5 M8 S63R Z Pipe also unlocks a far more muscular soundtrack, with a deep cold start bark and a savage roar at high revs, while settling down nicely on the motorway. Precision flanges and neat TIG welds match the original mounting points for a simple bolt on fit with no cutting needed.
