Designed for the B48 2.0T engine in the G20 330i and the G30 and G31 520i and 530i, the BMW B48 G20 G30 Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to let the turbocharged four cylinder breathe more freely. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the bore smooth and consistent through every bend, improving flow while standing up well to heat and corrosion. With back pressure reduced, the turbo builds boost sooner, giving both the 3 Series and 5 Series a sharper response off the line and a stronger pull when overtaking on the motorway. The BMW 330i 530i Z Pipe also adds a deeper and more sporty tone under acceleration, while keeping the cabin quiet and comfortable during long journeys, including in the 5 Series Touring. Precision flanges and clean TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting required, making it an ideal base for a remap.
