Made for the B48 2.0T engine in the later F series 3 and 4 Series, the BMW B48 F30 Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to let the twin scroll turbo move exhaust gases more freely. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the bore smooth and consistent through every bend, improving flow while standing up well to heat and corrosion. With back pressure reduced, the turbo spools sooner, giving these cars a quicker response from low revs and a stronger pull through the mid range. The BMW 330i 430i B48 Z Pipe also adds a fuller and more sporty tone to the four cylinder under acceleration, giving the drive more character while staying refined and drone free on the motorway. Precision flanges and clean TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting required, making it an ideal base for a remap.
