Made for the 550i Gran Turismo F07, the BMW 550i GT Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to help the twin turbo V8 move exhaust gases more freely. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the diameter smooth and even through each bend, improving flow while offering strong resistance to the high heat this engine produces. With back pressure reduced, the turbos respond quicker and the big GT pulls with more urgency, making overtaking feel effortless even when fully loaded. The BMW F07 Z Pipe also gives the V8 a deeper, richer voice, with a stronger rumble at low revs and a satisfying growl as the revs rise, while staying refined on long journeys. Precision flanges and clean TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting required.
