Built for the latest G60 5 Series and the long wheelbase G68, the BMW G60 Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to give the B48 2.0T engine a smoother and freer exhaust path. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the diameter even through every bend, improving flow while offering strong resistance to heat and corrosion. With back pressure reduced, the turbo spools sooner, giving the car a more responsive feel when pulling away and a stronger push when overtaking on the motorway. The BMW 525i 530i Z Pipe also adds a deeper, more sporty tone to the four cylinder under acceleration, bringing some extra character to the new 5 Series while keeping the cabin calm and drone free. Precision flanges and clean TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting required, making it an easy upgrade for daily driving or future tuning.
