Designed for the 335i E90 with the turbocharged 3.0 straight six, the BMW E90 335i Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to give exhaust gases a cleaner, freer path. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the bore even through every bend, improving flow and offering strong resistance to heat and corrosion. With less back pressure in the system, the turbo response feels quicker and the car pulls harder through the mid range, making overtaking easier and more enjoyable. The BMW 335i Z Pipe also gives the straight six a fuller, sportier sound under acceleration, with a nice crackle on the overrun, while staying refined during everyday driving. Precision flanges and neat TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting needed, making it a strong base for a remap or further tuning.
