Built for the later E series 135i and 335i with the single turbo N55 engine, the BMW N55 E82 E93 Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to give exhaust gases a cleaner and freer path. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the bore even through every bend, improving flow while standing up well to heat and corrosion. With back pressure reduced, the twin scroll turbo builds boost sooner, so the car feels punchier from low revs and pulls more strongly through each gear. The BMW 135i 335i N55 Z Pipe also gives the straight six a sportier and more defined sound, with a nice crackle on the overrun that suits the Coupe and Convertible models especially well, while staying calm on longer drives. Precision flanges and clean TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting required, making it ideal for a remap.
