Built for the OPF equipped Euro 6 B58 3.0T engine, the BMW B58 OPF Z Pipe replaces the restrictive factory section to help the turbocharged straight six move exhaust gases more freely. Since the particulate filter adds extra back pressure from new, this freer flowing section lets the turbo work more efficiently. High grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel bent tubing keeps the bore smooth and consistent through every bend, improving flow while standing up well to heat and corrosion. Quicker turbo response gives sharper throttle and a stronger pull right through to the redline, whether in a BMW saloon, coupe, SUV or the Toyota Supra. The BMW M340i Z4 M40i Supra GR Z Pipe also brings out a crisper straight six sound with a sporty rasp under acceleration, while staying refined on long drives. Precision flanges and clean TIG welds line up with the original mounting points for a direct bolt on fit with no cutting required.
