Precision mandrel bent 304 stainless steel tubing keeps the internal diameter the same from start to finish, giving steady flow and real toughness against heat, rust and daily road grime. With less back pressure to work against, the turbo wakes up sooner, so the car reacts faster to the throttle and builds speed with a smoother, stronger surge. The BMW 340i 540i 740i Z Pipe also gives the engine a richer straight six character, with a sharper note under load and light crackles on lift off, while staying calm and drone free on long motorway runs. Accurate flanges and tidy TIG welds bolt straight to the factory mounting points without any cutting.
