Our client demanded a subtle yet deep-voiced silencer for their new generation of BMW 320i G20. We designed a compatible exhaust system and chose an intelligent method to fit the catalytic convertor right in front instead of the back. Since the latest BMW comes with an oval pipework system and starts about 2.5 to 3 inches wide from the beginning until the ball is right above.
We flanged the original so that they can demand interchange as well. Since most of our work is based on oval systems, we choose modernized and upgraded ideas to work with the latest models. The voice is not crackling or blasting; we used an ultimate horizontal silencer for its deep voice, perfectly 320i, that matches the exclusive model of the BMW 320i G20. We used our signature black tips in the last pipe of the exhaust system, premium quality metalwork and fittings. The rev is worth a double take! It matches the car’s calibre brilliantly.
