Improved Performance with Custom Exhaust and DPF Solution
With approximately 295,000 miles covered, this vehicle required a comprehensive exhaust and emissions solution to resolve underlying performance issues. A full DPF solution was carried out, addressing the DPF system alongside the EGR and O2 sensor setup to eliminate exhaust flow restrictions and restore efficiency. This Renault Trafic Exhaust System was carefully optimised to improve overall performance and reliability.
As part of the upgrade, a custom stainless steel Renault Trafic Exhaust was installed to enhance durability and significantly reduce back pressure. Although the vehicle had previously undergone extensive mechanical work and the turbo had been removed, the new exhaust setup improved airflow, resulting in smoother throttle response and more consistent drivability. This Renault Trafic Exhaust Upgrade delivered a noticeable improvement in how the van performs under daily use while supporting long term reliability.
