The Nissan GTR R35 arrived at DKU Performance with a demanding challenge—managing extreme turbo heat and designing a fully bespoke turbo-back exhaust. Our team removed the engine to craft a precision-engineered system that delivers both performance and reliability.
Custom Turbo‑Back Engineering
We built a complete Nissan GTR R35 exhaust setup, including 3-inch downpipes, a 3.5-inch mid‑section, and a 3-inch rear section. To elevate both tone and flow, we added our signature bullet boxes paired with bold 4.5-inch Jap‑style exhaust tips, giving the R35 an aggressive yet refined finish.
Precision Finishing by DKU Performance
After completing fabrication, the vehicle was realigned to OEM standards and treated to a full valet. We also drilled out worn turbo studs and replaced them with OEM‑sized M10 bolts for long‑term reliability. This project showcases DKU Performance’s commitment to craftsmanship and high-end custom exhaust work.
