This Mercedes GLE Coupe came in for a consultation to upgrade its exhaust sound using a Thor sound system. Due to the AdBlue tank being positioned on the driver side rear, a standard dual speaker layout was not possible. To resolve this, a bespoke solution was developed, allowing dual speaker installation on the passenger side rear using custom fabricated 3 inch mandrel bends to ensure smooth routing and optimal fitment.

The customer supplied their own system, and the installation included full wiring, secure mounting, and careful integration into the vehicle. This tailored Mercedes Benz Sport Exhaust style setup significantly improves the exhaust note, delivering a deeper and more aggressive tone while retaining a refined and factory integrated appearance.
