This project focused on enhancing both the visual impact and sound through a tailored Mercedes Benz Exhaust upgrade. The goal was to achieve a CLA 45 AMG inspired rear appearance, giving the vehicle a more aggressive and purposeful stance while complementing its sporty design.

Engine and Driving Feel

To transform the driving experience, a back box delete was carried out as part of the Mercedes Benz Performance Exhaust upgrade. By removing the restrictive rear silencer, exhaust gases flow more freely, resulting in a deeper and more refined tone. This modification improved throttle response and delivered a sportier sound profile, making the CLA feel more engaging while maintaining smooth daily drivability.

Specs and Competitors

As a premium compact model, the CLA 200 offers strong practicality and refined road manners. With the upgraded Mercedes-Benz CLA 200 AMG Line Night Edition+ Exhaust System, the vehicle now stands out more clearly against competitors such as the Audi A3 Sportback and BMW 1 Series, offering a sharper rear profile and a sound that better reflects its AMG Line styling.

This build included a single exit back box delete with no show tips, delivering a clean and subtle finish while significantly improving exhaust tone. To support a more aggressive setup, options were also developed around fitting a CLA 45 AMG style rear diffuser with an open cut out, allowing for a proper dual exit configuration.
