The 1.6 litre petrol engine benefits from improved exhaust flow when paired with the right setup. By upgrading the Mazda 3 Exhaust System, we reduced back pressure and improved engine breathing, resulting in smoother acceleration and a more responsive feel throughout the rev range.

Custom Exhaust Options by DKU Performance

We supplied and fitted a custom cat back exhaust system with a resonator, replacing the system from the catalytic converter backwards. This setup improves exhaust flow while the retained resonator controls unwanted cabin drone. The result is a deeper, sportier sound with a refined finish, alongside enhanced performance and everyday drivability.
