The BMW 540i M Sport combines strong turbocharged performance with executive comfort, powered by a 3.0 litre inline six engine producing 375 horsepower and 536 Nm of torque through an 8 speed automatic transmission. With rear wheel or all wheel drive options, it delivers smooth yet responsive performance suited to both daily driving and spirited use.

To enhance this performance focused setup, a custom BMW 540i Exhaust upgrade was carried out in the form of a back box delete on the factory system. This modification removes the rear silencer, allowing the engine to breathe more freely and significantly improving the exhaust tone for a deeper, more aggressive sound that better matches the car’s sporty character.

Quick Acceleration and Sporty Handling

With 0–60 mph achieved in around 4.3 seconds, the 540i M Sport already offers impressive acceleration. The addition of the back box delete sharpens the overall driving experience by reducing exhaust restriction, helping the engine respond more eagerly under throttle. The result is a more engaging sound profile during acceleration while maintaining comfort during steady cruising.

Quad exhaust tips were also fitted using the customer supplied tips, giving the rear of the vehicle a more purposeful and performance inspired appearance. The upgraded quad outlet setup enhances the M Sport styling and provides a more aggressive visual finish.

With its well balanced chassis and refined suspension setup, the 540i M Sport remains stable and composed. The BMW 540i Exhaust System modification complements this balance by improving sound and flow without compromising drivability.
