This BMW 530 D Exhaust upgrade included a full 3 inch decat single to twin conversion, designed to significantly improve exhaust gas flow and reduce back pressure. By removing restriction in the system, turbo efficiency was improved, allowing quicker spool and sharper throttle response while helping the engine breathe more freely.

To further enhance both performance and sound, a twin back box delete was carried out as part of the BMW 530 D Exhaust System modification. Removing the rear silencers transformed the tone, giving the car a deeper and more aggressive sound while still retaining a refined character suited to a premium diesel saloon.
