The BMW 520D M Sport F is where luxury and performance come together in a refined diesel saloon from BMW's popular F series, enhanced further with a full 535D conversion. Originally equipped with a 2.0 litre turbo diesel engine producing around 190 PS and 400 Nm of torque, this vehicle has been upgraded to deliver the stronger performance characteristics associated with the 535D setup. Paired with the smooth 8 speed automatic gearbox and rear wheel drive, the result is a far more powerful and engaging driving experience while maintaining everyday comfort.

Tuning Potential with DKU Performance

As part of the 535D conversion, we carried out a BMW 520D Exhaust Upgrade to support the increased power and torque. The upgraded BMW 520D Exhaust System improves overall airflow and reduces back pressure, allowing the enhanced engine setup to perform at its best. This results in sharper throttle response, improved turbo efficiency, and a deeper, more purposeful exhaust tone that better matches the upgraded performance.

Dimensions and Fuel Efficiency

Measuring approximately 4,900 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,460 mm in height, the 5 Series platform offers a strong road presence while remaining practical and comfortable. Despite the significant performance gains from the 535D conversion and exhaust enhancements, the vehicle retains its balance between refinement and everyday usability, making it ideal for both long distance cruising and more spirited driving.
