Luxury and Power in the BMW 435D xDrive M Sport Convertible
The BMW 435D xDrive M Sport Convertible blends refined luxury with serious performance from its 3.0 litre twin turbo diesel engine. To enhance this already capable platform, a full BMW 435D Exhaust upgrade was carried out, focusing on improved flow, sharper response and a far more aggressive sound profile.

A custom dual single outlet BMW 435D Exhaust System was installed, built without a rear back box or mid box to dramatically increase volume and deliver a deeper, more aggressive tone. A DPF delete was also completed to remove restriction within the system, allowing the engine to breathe more freely and perform more efficiently.

With its balanced chassis, xDrive all wheel drive system and strong diesel torque, the 435D provides the perfect base for performance upgrades. The revised exhaust setup transforms the sound character of the car while improving overall efficiency through reduced back pressure. This results in smoother power delivery, quicker turbo response and a more engaging driving experience, all while retaining everyday usability.

Strong Performance and Competitive Edge
To fully unlock the potential of the setup, a Stage 1 remap was carried out. This safely increases power to over 400bhp using standard components, delivering a substantial gain in torque and acceleration. Combined with the free flowing exhaust system and DPF delete, the vehicle benefits from stronger mid range pull and noticeably improved throttle response.
