Custom Exhaust Upgrades with DKU Performance

This BMW 320i M Sport G20 came in with an existing quad rear setup already fitted by a previous owner, however the overall finish and fitment raised concerns. After a full inspection, we identified issues with the alignment and quality of the rear section, which impacted both the appearance and performance of the BMW 320i Exhaust System.

To resolve this, a back box delete was carried out to remove the restrictive rear silencer and significantly improve exhaust flow. At the same time, the quad exhaust tips were carefully realigned and properly secured, transforming the rear end into a much cleaner and more professional finish.

The result is a refined BMW 320i Exhaust with a deeper, sportier tone that better matches the M Sport styling. The upgrade not only enhances sound but also delivers a more efficient and free flowing exhaust system, giving the vehicle a more dynamic presence on the road.
