The BMW 320i G20 xDrive, which hit the market in 2019, is a perfect blend of sporty vibes and practicality in the 3 Series lineup. It has a 2.0-litre B48B20 turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 135 kW 184 PS and 300 Nm of torque. With an 8-speed Steptronic automatic transmission and BMW's xDrive all-wheel drive system, it delivers confident handling and strong traction in all conditions.

Following an enquiry after seeing previous G20 320i upgrades, the customer was looking to enhance the exhaust sound for a more aggressive tone. The vehicle was already fitted with carbon end pipes and an F1 style diffuser, but lacked the deeper note expected from a performance saloon. To resolve this, a custom BMW 320i G20 xDrive Exhaust upgrade was carried out, refining the sound profile and delivering a more purposeful and sporty tone throughout the rev range.

Performance and Dimensions

This luxury sedan accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in around 7.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of approximately 143 mph. Measuring around 4710 mm in length with a 2852 mm wheelbase, it comfortably seats five passengers while maintaining a balanced and planted feel on the road. Weighing roughly 1540 kg, it offers fuel efficiency between 35 and 39 mpg imperial and features a 59 litre fuel tank. The multi link suspension setup and low drag coefficient of 0.25 contribute to a smooth and refined driving experience.
