With the car already running a Stage 1 map, the focus was on unlocking a deeper sound and improving overall efficiency through a tailored BMW 120D M Sport Exhaust Upgrade.

To achieve this, a full custom exhaust system was carried out, including a rear section upgrade and DPF removal. By removing the DPF and improving exhaust flow, back pressure was significantly reduced, allowing the turbo to spool more freely and efficiently. This resulted in sharper throttle response, improved power delivery, and a much more pronounced exhaust note that better matches the tuned setup.

Alongside the performance improvements, the rear of the vehicle was transformed with an M140i look rear diffuser conversion, finished with single 4 inch exhaust tips.
