DKU PERFORMANCE AND EXHAUST UPGRADES
This Volvo C30 R-Design D3 received a custom 3 inch cat back straight pipe Volvo C30 Exhaust System with a small resonator, designed to significantly improve exhaust flow and reduce back pressure. The upgraded Volvo C30 Exhaust allows the turbo to spool more freely, delivering sharper throttle response and a deeper, more purposeful exhaust tone while maintaining a refined level of sound control.

To further enhance performance, a Stage One ECU remap was carried out alongside DPF modification and EGR software adjustments. This calibration improves fueling and boost delivery, resulting in stronger mid range torque, smoother power delivery, and improved overall drivability. Combined with the free flowing exhaust setup, this upgrade transforms the C30 into a more responsive and engaging diesel performance hatch.
