To enhance reliability and efficiency, we installed a custom Volvo 960 Hearse Exhaust System designed specifically for this vehicle. This Volvo 960 Hearse Exhaust features 2.5 inch bore pipework running from the catalytic converter back, paired with a single 5 inch mid box to maintain a smooth and controlled tone. Finished with a refined oval tailpipe, the system improves exhaust flow, reduces restriction, and increases long term durability thanks to its stainless steel construction. The result is a cleaner, more efficient drive with a subtle exhaust note that complements the vehicle’s intended use.
