The Toyota Landcruiser Prado is a tough mid size SUV known for its legendary reliability and ability to tackle off road adventures. This 1993 Japanese import model is fitted with the sought after 3.0L TD KZJ78 turbo diesel engine, making it a rare find in the UK. As original parts are difficult to source, we delivered a fully custom Toyota Landcruiser Prado Exhaust solution to replace the missing or ageing system and keep the vehicle road ready without relying on imported components.

Engine Power and Driving Performance

With its strong 3.0 litre turbo diesel engine, the Landcruiser Prado delivers excellent torque for both motorway cruising and off road use. To support this performance, we built a custom Toyota Landcruiser Prado Exhaust System from the downpipe backwards. This setup improved exhaust flow while maintaining the correct back pressure for the turbo, ensuring smooth drivability, reliability, and full MOT compliance.

Practical Size and Towing Capability

Measuring around 4,700mm in length and weighing approximately 2,100kg, the Prado is built for durability and practicality. As the vehicle had no existing MOT and required transport by trailer, the exhaust work was completed efficiently to minimise downtime and get the vehicle ready for testing and regular use as quickly as possible.
