The Renault Clio RS Trophy is a fun and sporty hatchback that hit the streets in the mid 2010s. It is powered by a lively 1.6 litre turbocharged engine producing 162 kW around 220 PS or 217 hp and 200 Nm of torque. Paired with a quick shifting 6 speed automatic gearbox and selectable driving modes including Normal, Sport, and Race, the Trophy delivers a responsive and engaging drive whether you are commuting or pushing on.

Design and Features
This hot hatch combines sharp styling with compact practicality, measuring 4062 mm in length, 1981 mm in width including mirrors, and 1422 mm in height, with a weight of roughly 1230 kg. Trophy specific 18 inch Radical alloy wheels paired with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres enhance both grip and visual appeal. Inside, the cabin features a 7 inch touchscreen navigation system, heated sport seats, and distinctive Trophy detailing to create a focused yet comfortable driving environment.

DKU Performance Exhaust Upgrades for an Enhanced Drive
This Renault Clio RS came in with an existing resonator delete and the goal was clear to further enhance the Renault Clio RS Exhaust without making it overly aggressive. To achieve this, a custom Renault Clio RS Exhaust System rear section was developed featuring a smaller rear box. This setup increases overall volume and deepens the tone while maintaining a refined sound suitable for everyday driving, resulting in a noticeable improvement in character without unwanted harshness.

An alternative Renault Clio RS Exhaust Upgrade option was also implemented, consisting of a back box delete combined with a sports resonator in the centre section. This configuration preserves a subtle OEM style sound at lower RPMs while opening up significantly under acceleration, delivering a sharper and more engaging exhaust note when driven enthusiastically, all while effectively controlling cabin drone.

Both solutions improved exhaust flow and transformed the driving experience, giving this Clio RS Trophy a deeper, sportier sound profile that better reflects its performance capabilities.
