With its diesel powertrain, the Navara balances fuel efficiency with strong torque delivery. As part of the work carried out, the DPF location was carefully inspected to confirm system layout and ensure correct configuration before any performance work began. Detailed checks were completed to determine whether the job required ECU removal, allowing for accurate planning and safe execution of the upgrade process.

Boosted Performance with Custom Exhaust and ECU Tuning

To enhance overall performance, the ECU was removed and prepared for bench programming, allowing precise recalibration of the engine software. This process improves throttle response, optimises turbo efficiency and refines power delivery. By correctly identifying and working alongside the exhaust and emissions components, restrictions are reduced and airflow is improved. The result is a more responsive drive, stronger torque delivery and a smoother, more capable performance suited to both demanding workloads and daily driving.
