For this build, a fully custom 2.5 inch stainless steel cat back exhaust system was designed to suit a supercharged MINI setup running a Janspeed decat manifold. The system was carefully engineered to maximise exhaust flow while maintaining controlled sound levels, making it ideal for a track focused car that still requires refined acoustics.

A resonator was integrated into the 2.5 inch pipework to reduce harsh frequencies and eliminate unwanted drone, resulting in a smoother and more usable sound profile under load. The system was completed with a twin exit back box and approximately 3.5 inch tips in an R56 style layout, delivering an aggressive appearance without excessive volume.
