The Mercedes S Class AMG S 63 is a flagship luxury performance saloon, powered by a 4.0 litre twin turbo V8 engine that delivers exceptional power and refinement. In this case, the vehicle required a full engine replacement, restoring the core performance of the car and ensuring it operates reliably and smoothly as intended.

With its 585 PS and 900 Nm of torque, the AMG S 63 is built for effortless acceleration and refined power delivery through its advanced automatic transmission and all wheel drive system. Following the engine replacement, the vehicle has been returned to its original high performance standard, maintaining the balance of luxury comfort and strong AMG performance that defines this model.

Alongside the engine work, we carried out a Mercedes S Class Exhaust upgrade with the installation of a custom valved cat back system. This upgrade transforms the driving experience by enhancing the exhaust tone while retaining full control through the valve system. The driver can switch between a quiet refined mode and a more aggressive AMG sound when required.

This custom Mercedes AMG Exhaust system improves exhaust flow and supports better turbo response, delivering a deeper V8 tone and improved overall efficiency. The result is a fully restored and enhanced S 63 that combines luxury, performance, and a commanding exhaust note.
