This Mercedes E43 arrived with a decat and muffler delete setup which created an aggressive tone but introduced excessive motorway drone. While the sound was strong under acceleration, cabin comfort was significantly reduced at cruising speeds. To resolve this, we developed a tailored Mercedes AMG Exhaust solution designed to retain performance while improving everyday usability.

A full custom Mercedes E43 Exhaust System was planned to refine the overall sound profile, reduce harsh frequencies, and eliminate unwanted drone. The focus was on achieving a deeper AMG tone that remains enjoyable both during spirited driving and on longer journeys.
