Following a reported issue, a full inspection of the Ford Galaxy Zetec TDCI Exhaust System identified leaking pipework located before the Diesel Particulate Filter. This fault was allowing exhaust gases to escape, reducing system pressure and affecting overall efficiency. To resolve this, a DPF Solution 2+ package was carried out, restoring the integrity of the pipework and sealing the system correctly.

By repairing the leak within the Ford Galaxy Zetec TDCI Exhaust, we restored proper exhaust flow and stabilised pressure before the DPF. This solution improves engine efficiency, protects the emissions system from further damage, and ensures smoother and more reliable day to day performance.
