CITROEN BERLINGO 625 EN-PRISE BLUEHDI
Efficient and Practical Performance
The Citroën Berlingo 625 EN-PRISE BlueHDI is a practical compact van from the early 2020s, designed with efficiency in mind. Powered by a 1.6 litre BlueHDi diesel engine, it delivers a strong balance of fuel economy and usable power, making it ideal for city driving and light commercial work. To further improve reliability and performance, a Stage 2 DPF solution was carried out on the Citroën Berlingo Exhaust, resolving common blockage and regeneration issues while enhancing overall drivability.
Power and Technical Specs
This van’s 1.6 litre BlueHDi engine produces around 120 PS, with torque well suited to its 625 kg payload capacity. It features a manual gearbox and front wheel drive layout, offering dependable performance and excellent efficiency. As part of the upgrade, the Citroën Berlingo Exhaust System was optimised through a Stage 2 DPF solution, improving exhaust gas flow and reducing restriction within the system. This allows the engine to breathe more freely, improving throttle response and overall engine efficiency.
Compact Size and Great Efficiency
With an overall length of 4137 mm and a loading height of 567 mm, the Berlingo is compact and easy to manoeuvre in urban environments while still offering 3.0 m³ of load space. Originally delivering up to 68.9 mpg combined and low CO2 emissions of around 109 g km, the upgraded exhaust setup helps maintain efficiency by preventing DPF related issues that can negatively impact fuel economy and performance over time.
Boosted Performance with DKU Exhaust Solutions
The exhaust system was upgraded with a Stage 2 DPF solution to eliminate common diesel particulate filter faults and improve long term reliability. By reducing back pressure and removing restrictions within the Citroën Berlingo Exhaust, the upgrade enhances turbo response, smooths power delivery, and restores consistent performance. This results in a more responsive and dependable commercial van, better suited to daily work demands.
