BMW 320i G20 Custom Exhaust Upgrade

Precision Engineering for a Subtle, Refined Tone
The BMW 320i G20 is already admired for its smooth performance and sporty character, and at DKU Performance, we elevated it further with a bespoke system inspired by premium exhaust craftsmanship, including technologies seen in Bmw M3 Exhaust setups. Our client wanted a subtle yet enhanced tone, so we avoided a full back-box system and instead created a refined, balanced sound profile.

Hand-Fabricated DKU Silencer System
To ensure complete flexibility, our engineers flanged the OE system, giving the owner the freedom to revert whenever desired. We fabricated a premium horizontal silencer paired with 2.5-inch mandrel-bent pipework and finished it with our signature 3.5-inch exhaust tips. This stainless-steel setup delivers a crisp, smooth tone without excessive volume.

Future Cat-Back De-Cat Potential
As with all DKU Performance builds, the entire exhaust was crafted in-house with expert precision. While the current setup offers a subtle upgrade, we will also be designing a cat-back de-cat system for drivers looking for a sound closer to the aggressive characteristics of a Bmw M3 Exhaust, complete with pops and bangs.
