The BMW 320D Business EfficientDynamics is a diesel saloon from the early 2010s that balances fuel efficiency with strong, usable performance. Powered by a 2.0 litre four cylinder diesel engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology, it delivers 163 bhp and 380 Nm of torque, providing smooth and reliable power for both daily commuting and long motorway journeys. With the addition of a refined BMW 320D Exhaust System, we enhanced overall drivability while maintaining the car’s efficiency focused design.

Great Power with Solid Efficiency

Accelerating from 0 to 62 mph in around 8 seconds and reaching a top speed of approximately 138 mph, the 320D offers confident performance alongside impressive fuel economy. As part of this upgrade, we improved the BMW 320D Exhaust to reduce restriction and optimise exhaust gas flow. This resulted in improved throttle response, smoother turbo operation, and a deeper, more refined exhaust note without compromising fuel economy or comfort.

This model features a 2.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine producing 121 kW and 380 Nm of torque, paired with a 6 speed manual gearbox and rear wheel drive. With its practical dimensions and efficient design, it competes with vehicles such as the Audi A4 2.0 TDI and Mercedes C Class 220d. Enhancing the exhaust system further strengthens its balance of performance and everyday usability.

Custom Exhaust and Performance Upgrades

We carried out a custom stainless steel exhaust upgrade tailored specifically for the BMW 320D Business EfficientDynamics. This included optimising pipework and refining the rear exhaust section to improve flow and durability. The upgraded BMW 320D Exhaust System reduces back pressure, supports better turbo efficiency, and delivers a cleaner, more purposeful exhaust tone. The result is a more responsive and engaging drive while retaining the reliability and economy expected from this diesel platform.
