Audi RS7 Performance Enhancement

The Audi RS7 is already a powerhouse, but at DKU Performance we elevated these 4.0 V8 Bi-Turbo machines to an entirely new level. Taking inspiration from the precision and tone associated with an Audi RS3 Exhaust, both RS7s received fully custom-built stainless steel exhaust systems designed for maximum flow and an aggressive, refined sound.

Custom-Built Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems

Each system was crafted using high‑grade 304/316 stainless steel with smooth mandrel bends and finished with striking chrome black tips. This bespoke setup not only enhances exhaust tone but also improves throttle response and turbo efficiency, making it ideal for drivers seeking a performance exhaust experience.

ECU Remap for Maximum Power Gains

Following the exhaust install, a DKU Performance ECU remap unlocked the true potential of these Audi RS7 models. Power increased from a factory 597bhp to an estimated 672bhp, while torque surged from 750 ft‑lbs to an incredible 900 ft‑lbs. This combination of exhaust work and remapping delivers dramatic real‑world performance gains.
