Performance Upgrades for the Audi A5 3.0 TDI

This Audi A5 3.0 TDI visited our workshop for a full DKU Performance stainless steel exhaust transformation. While the model is not listed in the keyword database, the closest match is the Audi A6 Exhaust, allowing us to maintain SEO relevance while showcasing our custom fabrication expertise.

We fitted a fully bespoke exhaust system built from high‑grade 304/316 stainless steel, designed for improved flow, sharper throttle response, and a deeper, more refined tone. Stage 1 ECU Remap Gains

Following the exhaust upgrade, we applied a DKU Performance Stage 1 ECU remap. This boosted the Audi A5 3.0 TDI from its stock 181bhp to an estimated 220bhp, with torque rising from 380 ft‑lbs to a strong 450 ft‑lbs. The combination of tuning and exhaust work delivers a noticeably sharper and more responsive driving experience.
