RENAULT T RANGE
Renault T Range – Tough Performance for Heavy-Duty Jobs
The Renault T Range is built to handle demanding heavy-duty transport work, offering strong Euro 6 diesel engine performance across logistics, tanker, and temperature-controlled applications. As part of maintaining this performance, a dedicated DPF Solution 2 was carried out to address restrictions within the Renault T Range Exhaust system. This work focused on restoring efficiency within the exhaust aftertreatment system, ensuring the engine operates reliably under load while supporting long-distance haulage demands.
Smart Transmission and Configurations
With its 12-speed Optidriver automated gearbox and multiple axle configurations, the Renault T Range is designed for operational flexibility. Following the DPF solution, the Renault T Range Exhaust System now benefits from improved gas flow and reduced back pressure, allowing the engine and transmission to work more smoothly together. This restoration supports consistent power delivery and dependable performance across varying weights and driving conditions.
Aerodynamics and Driver Comfort
Designed for long-haul comfort and fuel-conscious operation, the Renault T Range combines aerodynamic efficiency with a practical sleeper cab layout. By resolving issues within the Renault T Range Exhaust, the vehicle now runs cleaner and more efficiently, reducing the risk of warning lights, restricted performance, and unnecessary downtime. This ensures more reliable journeys and improved day-to-day usability for drivers.
Performance and Exhaust Integration
A key part of this service was completing a DPF Solution 2, focusing on the diesel particulate filter within the Renault T Range Exhaust System. This process restored proper exhaust gas flow, reduced excessive back pressure, and improved overall engine breathing. As a result, turbo efficiency and throttle response were enhanced, alongside improved fuel economy and stable emissions performance, ensuring the truck continues to deliver strong and consistent output on demanding routes.
