Mercedes E350 CDI Coupe Overview

The Mercedes E350 CDI Coupe, produced from 2010 to 2013, is a luxurious diesel coupe that perfectly mixes sporty performance with everyday comfort. It is powered by a 3.0 litre turbocharged V6 diesel engine producing 265 PS and 620 Nm of torque, paired with a smooth 7 speed automatic transmission and rear wheel drive. This setup allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in around 6.1 seconds, with a top speed of 155 mph.

Dimensions and Efficiency

Measuring approximately 4,740 mm in length, 1,812 mm in width, and 1,384 mm in height, and weighing around 1,785 kg, the E350 CDI Coupe offers a solid and planted feel on the road. The diesel engine delivers impressive fuel economy of around 42 to 47 mpg with CO2 emissions between 159 and 162 g per km, supported by a 66 litre fuel tank. Its five link front and multi link rear suspension setup ensures a balance of comfort and responsive handling.

Performance and Handling

This model provides a strong blend of torque rich performance and refined driving dynamics. To enhance its capabilities, we carried out a Mercedes E350 CDI Coupe Exhaust upgrade including DPF gutting, rear silencer delete, and a custom ECU remap. These improvements increase engine efficiency, sharpen throttle response, and allow the turbo to perform more effectively, delivering a noticeably stronger and more responsive drive.

Performance Exhaust Upgrades

A key focus of the work carried out was improving the Mercedes E350 CDI Coupe Exhaust System. The DPF was internally gutted to reduce restriction within the system, and the rear silencer was removed to create a freer flowing exhaust setup. These changes significantly lower back pressure, improve turbo spool up, and produce a deeper, sportier exhaust tone. Combined with a tailored remap, the upgraded system allows the engine to breathe more efficiently, unlocking stronger performance and a more engaging sound while maintaining everyday usability.
